AIRLINE BOOKING AND TICKETING

H&M Tours and travel usually provide clients with a minimum of two to three options to choose from. Plus! Respond time to Inquiry of 5 – 15 minutes. H&M Tours and travel usually use Corporate profile to get all information required before bookings are done as per Client travel Policy. All reservations are done using each individual’s travel profile. The usage of corporate and personal client profiles ensure data accuracy, efficient service deliveries and effective time management.

HOTEL BOOKINGS

Our travel counselors provide end-to-end reservation service. Tusmo Travel will work with Clients to ensure that all hotel and car hire reservations in relation to international and domestic travels can be transacted through our computer system.
NOTE: H&M Tours and travel will soon be entering into a global partnership with a global booking portal with over 30,000 hotels worldwide, providing a wide range of choice in accommodation, ranging from budget properties to deluxe.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

H&M Tours and travel will provide Clients with one of the most valued service of transfers to and from the airport. The service is provided to all travelers ticketed by us on within the Nairobi area to and from the airports (Wilson and JKIA)

VISA PROCESSING

H&M Tours and travel experience with international travelers has allowed us to establish close working relationship with consular staff. Our ability to expedite visas is one of the keys to our success with international travelers.

TRIP PLANNING, MANAGING

Coordinating & Execution Consultation. We offer advice on Travel formalities expected to be cleared from beginning to the end of the trip.
These formalities include:

  • Travel documents
  • Visa
  • Immigration
  • Health
  • Customs and security

FARE QUOTATIONS

Our experienced travel consultants are trained to advice clients on the most effective schedules and fares. This will be determined by the following factors;

  • An organizations rules, regulations and Traveler’s special requirements.
  • Convenient departure and arrival times & easy transfer connections.
  • Special fare, their restrictions reliability and quality of the airlines.
  • Stopover packages and other benefits offered by the airlines and hotels.
  • Whenever possible, alternative itineraries will be given to travelers for consideration.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

H&M Tours and travel is able to arrange locally, travel insurance with, Herritage Insurance, AmericanInternational Group (AIG) and UAP Insurance. H&M Tours and travell will not charge any facilitation fee but you will pay the actual Insurance costs being taken by the traveler.

CAR HIRE

H&M Tours and travel can facilitate the provision of all types of cars ranging from saloon cars, minivans, and 4WDs, VIP cars e.g. Mercedes Benzes, Toyota Lexus Saloon and Land cruiser Prados. The cars are clean and in good mechanical condition, comprehensively insured and PSV licensed.

LEISURE TRAVEL

In additional to the corporate benefits that H&M Tours and travel will bring to your organization we would also look to provide employee benefits in terms of leisure products for your staff. Experience has shown us that provision of such leisure products increases traveler loyalty to H&M Tours and travel and helps develop an incentive to work with us.

Features include:- Special leisure facilities through our preferred established vendor relationships with numerous suppliers, including various tour operators. Discount on a wide variety of holiday alternatives, priority waiting list status when a tour is sold out, upgrades on hotel rooms. MEET AND ASSIST SERVICES

Our Meet and Assist representatives will:-

  • Welcome the travelers upon arrival and departure Assist with baggage claim
  • Escort travelers to the appropriate ground transportation
  • Resolve seating discrepancies for continuing flights prior to airport arrival.

In the event of flight delays/cancellations, the Meet and Assist representative will:-

  • Coordinate the booking alternative reservations
  • Ensure protection of bookings already made for our clients
  • Reconfirm/cancel hotel reservations
  • Call ahead to inform of change in traveler’s plans.

COST REDUCTION OPPORTUNITIES

We negotiated incentive contracts detailed below for our corporate clients and can do the same for you depending on your volume of travel. The Airlines that we have negotiated the incentives programs are as follows:-
Kenya Airways / KLM / Air France, Qatar Airways, SN Brussels
Airlines, Swiss International Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, Emirates Airlines, Ethiopian Airlines, Etihad Airways.

H&M Tours and travel has a team of knowledgeable tour professionals who take care of all local tour and hotel bookings for hotels and lodges in East Africa. We have excellent relations with all suppliers who keep us up to date on their latest offers and developments of their properties.

In addition our outbound department is able to offer you packaged or tailor-made tours to any part of the world.
Our Tour Consultants are also able to advice on availability and rates of hotel and car-hire services offered worldwidevia our reservation system.

24-HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE

H&M Tours and travel operates a 24-hour emergency service. Our Senior Managers and staff are on call after working hours and during the weekend and public holidays to deal with any travel related emergencies. Duty rosters are circulated to clients on a regular basis.
H&M Tours and travel will provide an Emergency Duty Roster.
